We need green jobs

We need a clean energy economy fueled by green jobs. We have seen what happens when the oil and coal industries spend millions lobbying the politicians in Washington, D. C.

Vice President Cheney invited the oil companies in behind closed doors to write our last energy bill. It is essential we elect intelligent politicians who have the interests of the middle class.

We see what has happened in the last eight years when the polluters are invited in to write the “clean” energy and “clean” air laws. America, as well as the rest of the world, cannot survive another four years of such arrogance that assumes Wall Street and business corporations serve the interests of middle income Americans. We know whose interest their greed serves.

It is evident that the United States of America cannot survive more of the same. It is time for bold leadership which supports the interest of middle class America rather than Wall Street and corporate America.

Our economy can be revitalized with good jobs, clean renewable enegy and a healthy climate. To do otherwise courts disaster.
