Democratic primary for state Senate District 12 — Metzler-Smith wins three-way race

— In the Indiana Senate District 12 Democratic primary, Don Metzler-Smith came out on top of a three-way contest.
Metzler-Smith won with 5,907 votes to Mike Leasor's 3,703 votes and Joseph Williams' 3,635 votes.
Metzler-Smith will face Republican Carlin Yoder in the general election in November.
