Elkhart County Council at large — Letherman, Sharkey and Ashe win nominations

— In the Republican race for three nominations for Elkhart County Council at large, incumbents John Letherman and Dennis Sharkey and newcomer David Ashe were nominated from a field of six candidates.
Letherman received 8,656 votes, Sharkey 8,650 votes and Ashe 5,953. David Pixey received 4,848 votes, Trevor Wendzonka 3,590 votes and Greg Howard 3,445 votes.
In the Democratic race, just one candidate, Barry Fox ran for nomination.
