A story involving “green” will be the presentation during Story Hour today and Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. at the library. A “green” game will be the activity.
A “Book Bites” program will take place Thursday at 10:15 a.m. Children are invited to hear a story and participate in an activity. No registration is required to attend.
Participants in the “Egg-Periment” program will be given an allotted time to construct containers that they believe will protect an egg when dropped from a stepladder. Students in grades six to eight can register to attend this program Thursday at 3:30 p.m. A prize drawing will take place at the end of the program.
“The Art of the John Deere Tractor” by Lee Klancheris and “John Deere: Yesterday & Today” by Robert N. Pripps are given in honor of the 50th anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Bob Weldy by Mr. and Mrs. Walt Weldy.
