Book sale

A book sale is set for Feb. 20 from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the library auditorium. The Friends of Goshen Public Library will host the sale.

Storytime Express

Storytime Express sessions are set for Wednesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Valentine stories and crafts will be featured this week. This free program is geared for preschoolers ages 2 to 5.

Book club

Children are invited to participate in the First-Grade Book Club. To sign up, call 537-0241 or stop by the Children’s Services desk. The club will meet Wednesday afternoons in the Children’s Storyhour Room from 4 to 5 p.m. starting Feb. 26.

‘Read That’

The Read That Teen Book Club will meet Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Teen Space on the main floor. This month’s featured selection is the graphic novel “Peanut,” written by Ayun Halliday and Paul Hoppe.

The program is open to young people in grades six through 12. Free copies of the book are available at the circulation desk. Register at the circulation desk or by calling 533-9531.

Book Club

The next Book Club meeting is set for Wednesday at noon. Club members are reading “The Golem and the Jinni” by Helene Wecker.

New members are invited to join. Copies of the book are available at the circulation desk.

Soul Ink

The Soul Ink writers’ group will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday and Feb. 26. The group is designed to provide constructive criticism and empathetic support to writers at all levels. Writers of all ages and working in all genres are invited to participate.

Open house

Library staffers will host an “I Love My Library Open House” Feb. 20 from 3 to 8 p.m. The event is taking place as a celebration of updated facilities at the library. Refreshments will be provided.
