Heintzelman-Shearer

Heather Heintzelman, Cromwell, and Jason Shearer, Ligonier, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Darla and Jeff Heintzelman, Cromwell.

She earned an academic honors diploma in 2003 from West Noble High School, Ligonier, and her bachelor’s degree in business management in 2008 from Purdue University, West Lafayette.

She is a sales coordinator for Commodore Homes, Goshen.

The groom-to-be is the son of Brenda Elliott, Syracuse, and Mike Shearer, Ligonier.

He graduated from West Noble High School, Ligonier, in 2001 and from Vincennes University in 2003 with an associate’s degree in criminal justice.

He is as police officer for the Ligonier Police Department, Ligonier.

An Aug. 9 wedding is planned at Stones Hill Community Church, Ligonier.
