— Myra Gingerich, Topeka, and Jonathan Schrock, Colon, Mich., announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Melvin and Elsie Gingerich, Topeka.
She graduated from Woodlawn Christian School in 1997. She is a teacher at Lake Grace Christian School, Jesup, Ga.
The groom-to-be is the son of Edna Schrock, Colon, Mich., and the late Adlai Schrock.
He attended Colon Public School, Colon, Mich. He is a farmer and a carpenter for Yoder Construction.
An Aug. 2 wedding is planned at Woodlawn Church, Goshen.
