Hit-and-run reported to police

Christen Habegger, Bristol, told Goshen police her car had been hit by another vehicle while it was parked in a city parking lot in the 200 block of S. Fifth St., Goshen, while she was at work between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday.

Disorderly

conduct reports


• Miguel Molina, 49, 113 S. Sixth St., Goshen; William Gillison, 46, E. Jefferson St., Goshen; and Rick Cauffman, 56, 224 S. Seventh St., Goshen, were arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 400 block of E. Jefferson St., Goshen, at 5:36 p.m. Saturday. They were transported to the Elkhart County jail.

Theft/burglary reports

• An employee of Kroger’s Fuel Station, 612 W. Pike St., Goshen, told Goshen police someone drove off without paying for gasoline at 12:40 p.m. Saturday.

• Derrick Julian, 219 S. Main St., Goshen, told Goshen police someone stole his locked bicycle around 1 a.m. Saturday.

• Brittany Compton, 18, 61249 C.R. 21, Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police on a charge of theft and contributing to the delinquency of minors at Supercenter Wal-Mart, 2304 Lincolnway E., Goshen, along with a 14-year-old male and female. The two juveniles were released to their parents. Compton was transported to the Elkhart County jail.

• Bradley E. Chokey, 923 S. Main St., Goshen, told Goshen police someone stole power tools and a string trimmer around midnight Saturday.

• An employee of CVS Pharmacy, 410 S. Main St., Goshen, told Goshen police someone stole merchandise at 10 p.m. Saturday.

Vandalism/criminal mischief reports

• Kendall Miller, 214 S. Sixth St., Goshen, told Goshen police someone vandalized his residence during the night Friday.

Battery reports

• Amber Manges, 30, 305 S. Seventh St., Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police on a charge of battery after police received a report of a fight between two females at 305 S. Seventh Street at 7:05 p.m. Saturday.

Drug/alcohol arrests

• Jeremy R. Cole, 32, 10066 N. 400 East, Syracuse, was arrested by Goshen police on a charge of possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 100 block of N. Fifth St., Goshen for a false plate at 11:44 p.m. Saturday. He was incarcerated at the Elkhart County jail.

OWI arrests

• Taylor N. Feick, 23, 58324 Randy Drive, Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated after a traffic stop in the 2000 block of Elkhart Road for speeding at 3:15 a.m. Sunday. He was incarcerated at the Elkhart County jail.

  • Police news: Several arrested on charges of drunken driving • Lori L. Ellis, 48, 12778 N. 300 East, Syracuse, was arrested by Goshen police on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 1:35 a.m. Sunday. Ellis was stopped for a traffic stop at Dierdorff and Kercher Roads in Goshen for driving left of center and transported to the Elkhart County jail.
