Two break-ins reported

---- — Police investigated calls of break-ins recently.

Cameron Scharrer, 416 E. Lincoln Ave., Goshen, told Goshen police someone entered his home sometime between 6 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday evening and stole several items.

• Michael Islas, 418 E. Lincoln Ave., Goshen, told Goshen police someone forced entry into his attached garage at around 9 p.m. Saturday.

Assault/battery reports

• Kevin Leisure, 29, 2512 W. Clinton St., Apt. 114, Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police at 5:39 a.m. Sunday at his residence on a charge of domestic battery. He was booked into the county jail.

Vandalism/criminal mischief reports

• Goshen police received a report at 8:49 a.m. Saturday that several vehicles parked in the 700 and 800 block of Emerson Street and the 100 block of West Douglas were found to have windows broken out.

• Cindy Soto, Goshen, told Goshen police the rear window of her van was smashed while parked at 32 Roxbury Park, Goshen, at 2 a.m. Saturday. A second van belonging to Cynthia Garcia, Goshen, was also damaged at the same location.

• Marcus Salchert, Goshen, told Goshen police someone broke the driver’s side window out of his vehicle while it was parked in the 700 block of Emerson Street at 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

OWI arrests

• Melissa S. Lowman, 35, 3278 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, was arrested by Goshen police at 10:28 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East Clinton Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. She was booked into the county jail.

• Robert D. Andrews, 21, 916 Lynwood Drive, Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police at 2:16 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Lynwood Drive on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was booked into the county jail.

• Mayra Salas, 28, 1612 S. 11th St., Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police at 3:34 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of North Main Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. She was booked into the county jail.
