Elkhart County police said the mishap occurred 9:34 a.m. on C.R. 10, east of Ind. 15. Police said Kevin Plank, 57, Bristol, was riding a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle west on C.R. 10. Plank went off the south side C.R. 10 to avoid hitting a tree in the road.
