No injuries in Concord Township fire

DUNLAP — Firefighters were called to a basement fire in a Concord Township home shortly after midnight today.

Everyone in the home at 58091 C.R. 13 made it out safely, Concord Township firefighters reported. A guinea pig and some pet chicks were also safely removed from the structure.

The fire was determined to be under control around 12:45 a.m., firefighters reported. Baugo and Harrison township firefighters assisted Concord Township personnel at the scene.

The cause of the fire is still be investigated.
