• Michael D. Kesling, 54, 420 Queen St., Goshen, was arrested by Goshen police after a traffic stop around 1:35 a.m. Tuesday at First Street and Oakridge Avenue. In addition to the OWI, Kesling was also incarcerated on a charge of driving while his driving privileges were suspended.
• Christopher Harman, 26, 9125 750 North, Shipshewana, was arrested by Elkhart County police after a traffic stop around 6:40 p.m. on Ind. 120 near Ind. 13, Middlebury. Harman was incarcerated on a charge of driving after having been deemed a habitual traffic violator. He was also cited by police for exceeding the posted speed limit.
• An Elkhart County police officer located trash from a methamphetamine lab around 4 p.m. Friday near the intersection of C.R.s 14 and 23, Bristol. The Indiana State Police was contacted to dispose of the material.
• Elkhart County police reported that at around 11:14 p.m. Saturday, Nathan Schrock, 20, Shipshewana, was found to have consumed alcohol in the 2000 block of Elkhart Road, Goshen. Schrock was cited into court and released at the scene.
