Ben's Soft Pretzels to open three new stores

GOSHEN — Ben’s Soft Pretzels, headquartered in Goshen, will open new pretzel bakery locations in West Lafayette, Fort Wayne, and Valparaiso.

According to the company, the West Lafayette store opened at the end of August and is located at 336 State St. in Wabash Landing (next to the Cold Stone Creamery). This location is owned and operated by All Twisted Up Inc. a Ben’s Soft Pretzels franchise owned by Sabir Hussain.

Ben’s Soft Pretzels, West Lafayette will be open early and will stay open until 11 p.m. and midnight on Friday and Saturdays during the school months. This location will create seven to 10 jobs in West Lafayette.

The Fort Wayne and Valparaiso stores will open soon, according to the company.

Ben’s Soft Pretzels sells jumbo soft pretzels based on Amish/Dutch recipes and dipping sauces, beverages, pretzel pockets, and Buggy Bites.

Ben’s ownership expects to add more stores throughout the Midwest.

Ben’s Soft Pretzels, LLC was founded by Scott Jones of Middlebury, Brian Krider of Goshen, Ben Miller of Shipshewana. The company recently opened a new headquarters on Pike Street in Goshen, which is also a retail outlet and training center for franchise owners.
