GOSHEN — Ben’s Soft Pretzels will open three new franchised pretzel bakeries in the next 45 days.
According to the company, leases have been signed and construction has begun on the stores. The Madison, Wis. location will be in the West Towne Mall. The Indianapolis location will in the Circle Center Mall and the Chicago location will be within the Ogilvy Train Station, inside the French Market, on Clinton Avenue.
“It is awesome to know that these stores will not only serve millions the world’s best soft pretzels, they will also add 15 to 20 new jobs,” said Brian Krider, partner with Ben’s Soft Pretzels Franchising Corp.
The company is expected to announce additional expansion plans this spring.
Ben’s Soft Pretzels features a jumbo soft pretzel and offers an array of dipping sauces, beverages, pretzel pockets, and new Buggy Bites.
The company was founded by Scott Jones of Middlebury, Brian Krider of Goshen and Ben Miller of Shipshewana.
