Lippert has deal with Denver Mattress
Lippert Components Inc. has teamed with Denver Mattress Co. for exclusive distribution rights to the recreational vehicle and horse trailer industries. According to Lippert, the company will warehouse and distribute Denver Mattress products to its original equipment customers.
“This allows us to provide our OEMs a residential mattress with a well-known, recognizable brand name,” said Vice President of Lippert Interior Group, Ryan Smith.
Lippert Components produces components for RVs, manufactured homes, modular homes, truck caps and buses, as well as for trailers used to haul boats, livestock, equipment and other cargo.
Credit union elects board members
Interra Credit Union members voted for fellow members to represent them on the board of directors and supervisory committee at the 81st annual meeting, held recently at the main office in Goshen.
Kathy Brewton, Goshen, and Linda Garber, Middlebury, were re-elected to the board of directors. Elected to serve his first term is Carl Stoltzfus, Goshen. Crystal Hooley, Goshen, was re-elected to the supervisory committee.
As reported to members by President Jack Sheets, Interra remains a strong, vibrant, financial institution. According to credit union staff, the credit union closed the books on 2012 with a capital ratio of 12.14 percent.
At year’s end, Interra’s assets were more than $644 million, up more than $67 million from 2011. Loans to members increased almost $21 million and shares were up $62 million.
Interra Credit Union, headquartered in Goshen, has more than 50,000 members at four offices in Goshen, and also in Elkhart, Middlebury, Millersburg, Nappanee, New Paris, Syracuse and Wakarusa.
