‘We Give Thanks’ awards grants

Thanks to the Olive B. Cole Foundation, Farmers State Bank and many other local donors, the LaGrange County Community Foundation (LCCF) in partnership with United Fund of LaGrange County (UFLC) has awarded four organizations with food pantries serving LaGrange County a total of $25,000 in grants as part of the “We Give Thanks” matching campaign conducted during the 2012 Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Award checks were distributed at a luncheon event on March 18 at the LCCF Community Room in LaGrange. Not pictured are Laney Kratz, LCCF Youth Development Coordinator, and Loren Heinlen, LCCF Program Officer.
