'Experience Michiana' segments to be taped in Goshen

GOSHEN — The crew with WNIT program “Experience Michiana” is set to tape segments in Goshen this week. The segments will be broadcast  June 27 and 28.  

According to the show’s producer, Kelsy Zumbrun, the tapings will be conducted at Ignition Music Garage, a record store and music venue located at 120 E. Washington Street in Goshen.  WNIT staff will also tape candid segments at various Goshen businesses and interview Mayor Allan Kauffman.

The Ignition Garage taping will be conducted from about 10 to 11:30 a.m.  It’s free and open to the public.  Those planning to attend are asked to call Kelsy Zumbrun at 574-675-9648 or email ExperienceMichiana@wnit.org.

“Experience Michiana” has been on the air for more than a year.  and features things to do and places to go in Michiana.  The show is hosted by Gordy Young

“It’s a pleasure to host ‘Experience Michiana,’ and I’m especially proud of the fact that by doing a show like this, we’re able to give back to the Michiana community by letting our viewers know about the many great, positive things going on in our area,” Young said.
