Sheriff's officers searching for armed robbers

NEW PARIS — Officers from the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department are looking for information about an armed robbery in the New Paris area Monday night.

The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department were called to a report of an armed robbery at a home in the 71000 block of Ind. 15, New Paris, at about 9:40 p.m. Monday.

The victims reported two black males forced entry into the residence while armed with a weapon, and took items of value using force, officers said. A victim received injury during the incident.
