County Commissioners approved spending $40,000 for the purchase of a new Mobark Beever M15R Chipper, as pictured here at their Monday meeting. Officials also approved $48,000 for a new scale to replace an ailing one at the Elkhart County landfill. The highway department will sell three old chippers and replace them with the Mobark Beever M15R Chipper.
