Members of the Goshen Board of Public Works and Safety approved a contract to demolish the water tower along Fifth Street Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. According to Mayor Allan Kauffman, the structure needs to be taken down or repained. Repainting would cost around $200,000 he said, while the demolition contract is $28,000.
