Old Mill Park

With the Friends of Middlebury Parks purchase of land on the east side of the Little Elkhart River, across from the Wanberg National Popcorn Co., Middlebury will soon have a new park which will be called the Old Mill Park. Completing the purchase transaction were, from left, Levi King, president of the Friends; Tom Enright, Middlebury Park and Recreation Department manager; Forrest Wanberg Jr., president of Wanberg National Popcorn Co.; and Joel Miller, treasurer for the Friends.

There has been discussion at West Goshen Elementary School to require mandatory student uniforms in the future. How do you feel about the prospect of mandatory student uniforms in a public school environment?

I think it’s an excellent idea that is way overdue
