Strycker 60th

GOSHEN — G. Brad and Jo (Troyer) Strycker, Goshen, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.

They were married July 19, 1953, at Bethany Seminary Chapel in Chicago by the Rev. Edward Stump, stepgrandfather of the bride.

They will celebrate their anniversary the evening of July 19 with their children and their spouses.

On July 20 from 2 to 4:30 p.m., everyone is welcome to attend their anniversary open house in the dining room of Greencroft Manor IV, Goshen. Entertainment will be provided at 2:30, 3:15 and 4 p.m. by the Stryckers and their grandson, Caleb Shaw.

Their children include Bradley (Dee) Strycker, Goshen, Donna (Charlie) Agnew, West Lafayette, Lori (Ron) Trosper, Goshen, Benita (Jim) Shaw, Nappanee, and Jamie (Kim) Strycker, Wakarusa. They have 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He worked as a plant accountant at Reese Products, Goshen, and retired in September 1992.

She worked as first deputy to the Elkhart County Treasurer and retired in September 1994.
